Untransmittable means that the virus cannot be passed, through your blood or sexual fluids, to another person or your unborn baby.
The virus is still there but, because there is so little of it in your body, you cannot pass the HIV on. When you cannot pass the HIV on, this is called Untransmittable.
When the virus is Untransmittable there are benefits for you, your partner, your family and your community.
